Important Protocol for Delivery Acceptance
If the outer tamper-evident bag or carton appears damaged, torn, unsealed, or visibly opened prior to delivery, please refuse to accept the package and immediately note the reason with the delivery executive.
If you notice transit damage after unboxing, report it to zenkaido.in@email.com within 48 hours of delivery along with photos/video of the packaging and product.
