Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before browsing, ordering, or purchasing any combat equipment, apparel, or gear from Zenkaido. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Important Notice to Customers
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between you (“Customer”, “User”) and Zenkaido Combat & Performance Equipment (“Zenkaido”, “We”, “Us”), operated in India under applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1Acceptance & Eligibility
By accessing the Zenkaido website (zenkaido.in) or placing an order for any martial arts equipment, Karate Gis, boxing gloves, protective armor, or accessories, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian authorization to enter into binding commercial transactions. If you do not agree to all provisions contained herein, you must cease use of this platform immediately.
2Product Information & Sizing
Zenkaido strives to present colors, dimensions, weave densities (GSM), fabric compositions, and equipment specifications as accurately as possible. However:
- Actual product color tones may vary slightly depending on your display device calibration and studio lighting conditions.
- Uniform sizing guides (e.g. Karate Gi sizes 000 through 7) are standard approximations. Since combat uniforms shrink marginally during initial washes according to fabric weave (cotton/poly blends), customers are encouraged to consult our detailed size chart before ordering.
- We reserve the right to revise product specifications, inventory availability, and pricing without prior notice.
3Pricing & Payment Gateways
All product prices listed on Zenkaido are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted otherwise.
Secure Digital Payments via Razorpay
Online transactions (UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking) are securely processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited. Zenkaido does not store, transmit, or retain your confidential credit/debit card numbers or CVV. All card sessions adhere to 256-bit SSL encryption and PCI-DSS Level 1 security standards.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our automated system or dispatch team may verify order authenticity prior to shipment. Zenkaido reserves the right to decline COD orders with incomplete address credentials or unverified phone numbers.
4Martial Arts & Combat Sports Equipment Disclaimer
Martial arts, combat sparring, boxing, karate, and related disciplines are inherently high-contact physical sports that carry risks of injury, concussions, fractures, or bodily harm. Zenkaido protective equipment (including headguards, shin protectors, chest guards, groin guards, and gloves) is engineered to reduce impact severity according to competition standards; however, no equipment can guarantee complete protection against injury.
Users must inspect equipment for wear and tear prior to each training session, use all gear strictly under qualified coach/sensei supervision, and ensure proper fit. Zenkaido disclaims all liability for physical injuries resulting from participation in sports or improper equipment usage.
5Order Fulfillment & Cancellations
Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Zenkaido reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline it for reasons including inventory unavailability, pricing inaccuracies, or suspected fraud.

6Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, brand names, product photographs, text copy, graphic designs, and digital architecture displayed on this platform are the proprietary intellectual property of Zenkaido and its technology partner Synartic Tech Solution Private Limited. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, scraping, or redistribution of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
7Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute or claim arising from orders placed on this platform, the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive territorial jurisdiction.
